[Facts] meanings of some Ethiopian names
Anyone have any info on these names? I'm pretty sure they are Ethiopian.

I'm thinking Biruk may be a variant of the Hebrew Baruch meaning blessed. I haven't found anything to the contrary, but I also can't say for certain that it is.
The following site, which seems to be a bit more reliable than a purely "baby names" site, says that Gebre Yesus means "granted by Jesus" in the Tigrinya language:

I don't know about the last two, but Gebreyesus seems like it has the words Hebrew and Jesus in it.. which doesn't seem that far-fetched when you know where Ethiopia is on the map.
