Alanna is enjoying motherhood and has added another beautiful baby to her family. She and Jasper get along famously and are quite fond of each other. She says she was not sure if she was one to fall in love, but her husband as grown on her. She calls him her best friend, and loves her life and her two children, Danica and Ronan.
Twins must run in the family! Both twins had twins this year. Victoria bore the next heir apparent of Geneva, a handsome little boy called Liam. He and his twin sister are doing well. The people of Geneva seem very enamored of their Crown Prince's wife. She is lovely, poised, and does her duties very well. She and Felix, though they didn't fall in love before their marriage like their twin siblings, Victoria's pregnancy and the birth of their children has brought them together.
Valerian and Maxine are a bit of a dramatic couple, with a tendency to kiss in the corridors one day and argue publicly the next. They drive Princess Temmie quite mad. Their twin daughters are already being hailed for their beauty, and Valerian is a proud father. He is planning on taking the girls on a trip around the kingdom to show them off next year.
Princess Ellie got her much awaited wedding this year. Her husband is the fifteen-year-old son of a duke in a nearby kingdom, the eldest nephew of the currently son-less king of Thenor. Cyprian is known as the Hawk of Thenor. He is known for being fiercely loyal, unfailingly compassionate, and heartbreakingly handsome with golden eyes and golden hair. She wore her bronze hair pinned in curls, her opal and diamond circlet holding a delicate lace veil. Her gown was a lovely pale pink ballgown with accenting opals and diamonds to match her tiara. Her entire family attended. Unfortunately, Ellie is as coquettish as ever. This has upset Cyprian greatly as he watched his bride flirt with courtiers at their wedding celebrations. Hopefully she will learn to settle down or she may be in for a very unhappy marriage.
Temmie is as studious as ever, and her tutors universally name her as their best student. Her new sister-in-law Maxine and her sister Ellie get along quite well and tease Temmie mercilessly. She mostly ignores their jibes and attempts to get her to dance with them and writes often to Alanna and Victoria.
Cedric continues to ride with his father and his new brother-in-law when he is in the kingdom. He is getting quite good and hopes to be a knight.
With all the new babies around, Prince Faramond spends most of his time in the nursery playing quietly by himself. Queen Winnie is teaching him to talk as best she can in between helping Maxine with Victoria and Eloise.
