[Facts] Olinka
Saw this online, I believe (but not sure) she was Croatian. But this sounds kind of Russian too... Anyone know the meaning? We're all in the gutter, but some of us look at the stars.

As Marija said Olinka and Olenka are diminutives of Olga. In Croatia Russian names are quite common (like Natasha, Sonja, Vanja, etc.)and Olinka is not that unusual to find here.
