[Opinions] Keegan
What are your thoughts on the name Keegan for a boy? It was on my list a few years ago when I was pregnant with my daughter. Since then a friend has used it but I still would myself. I really like it, sounds so handsome to me.
WDYT?
And which spelling do you prefer? Keegan or Keagan? Thanks!

I have a cousin named Keegan. I've never really liked the name. It has to do with the sound I guess.
I know a Keegan who is a boy. I like I might like Keagan better though.
Keegan for a boy is great IMO. never liked it for a girl but for a boy it is very dashing!
Don't like it
I don't really like the sound of Keegan for a boy. Think of the nickname. Keeg. Hey, Keeg! What's up, Keeg? I don't think it sounds nice. I like the name Keaton much better for a boy. A nickname could be Keith. But if you really like Keegan, I prefer it spelled Keagan. The two e's don't look good. I hate Keagan, but I really like Teagan, which means "poet." I don't know why, but Keagan has a sort of feminine sound to it.

It seems a bit passe to me, and was somewhat cool in the 90s maybe, but seems very stale now. Very trendy.
It sounds really unattractive to me, with the oh-so-trendy K initial, -an ending, and Celtic feel.
