According to Hanks & Hodges's A Dictionary of Surnames, Alvarez is a patronymic surname from Alvaro.
Archangela would almost assuredly simply be a feminine form of the word "archangel".
I would also think it likely that Anysia is simply a respelling of Anisia, which is a Greek name originally meaning "fulfillment."
