1. I've heard Fannie is popular among Latinos, and I saw an ad in the paper that mentioned and showed the picture of a young Latina named Fanny, so there's one person with the name. I have trouble really liking the name, though, just because of its use as a slang term.2. Theophania, Tiffany, Francesca.3. I'm terrible at devising sibsets, but I'd go with boys and girls names that were popular in Victorian times.
