King Miles and Queen Teresa were married for just a few months when they found out that they were expecting their first child together. The whole kingdom was excited for the birth of the first royal child in twenty-five years (King Miles is an only child, and Queen Teresa was not born in Xanata). The Crown Princess was born right on time, exactly on her due date. After much counsel, she was named Princess Seraphina Gwendolen Marie. It is tradition in Queen Teresa's family to use the name Gwendolen as a middle name in all daughters. King Miles approves of the tradition, at least for the first daughter. Baby Sera is quite a handful, but Queen Teresa has found that if she and the royal attendants stick to a strict schedule, that Sera is less fussy.
