Love it, pity about the meaning

It's fantastic. Mahalia Jackson was an enormously talented singer, and so when I hear the name, I smile. It sounds beautiful and floral without being cloying--like a good perfume. ;)
Mahalia Fleur and Mahalia Beryl come to mind as nice combos.

I like Mahalia, and it's very pretty. I don't really think it would age well, and it might not be great in the real world, though.
