I love Evanna :-)
Evanna Margaret is my favourite of your combos, followed by Evanna Catherine. Evanna Jane is a little boring and I'm not a huge Josephine or Ruth fan.

Evanna Jane has a nice flow. It's my favorite out of your combos. Even though Evanna and Jane are both related to the name John, it doesn't really bother me.

All of those are nice, but none jump out to me. I think Evanna Jane has a really nice sound. I prefer it spelled Evana, though. It looks much more clean.
Evanna, as a feminne form of Evan? Hmm. With so many established feminine forms of Evan / John out there, Evanna seems a stretch. It makes me wonder if it's a typo for Ivanna.
I read on these boards once about Evaine, a French girl's name, pronounced, "eh-VEN." I don't know it's etymology. But it strikes me as a nice way to honor any Evans in the family. Just a thought.
As for your list, Evanna Catherine is the prettiest to me. Very nice.
