I also find this name a stunner. I really dislike the meaning, and perhaps foolishly that might influence whether or not I would use it on my own child, but I would find it so posh if I met a baby, puppy or cat named Claudia! It is such a beautiful, graceful name. It has a touch of melancholy about it that I really really enjoy. I seem to like "lonesome" names like that. Claudia, Lydia, Hugo, Ezra... that kinda stuff.
