Yes it makes me think of Shania Twain. It also makes me think slightly of myself, because whenever someone looks at my middle name, they suddenly develop dyslexia and pronounce it Sha-nye-ah (I've never heard anyone pronounce it differently)
Never met anyone with the actual name.
I prefer Shaina / Shayna, despite people's issues with pronouncing it.
