2. Do you pronounce it as ree-gan or ray-gan? ree-gan. I think ray-gan sounds pretty stupid.

4 and 5. I have not known one, but I have known of a woman (about 30 now) with this name. There also is, unfortunately in my opinion, a boy of about 14 with this name at my church.

1. Do you like this name? No. It is one of my least favorite names of all time. I think it is so ugly.

No, I think it's one of the ugliest and worst, and one of the world's most evil characters ever is named it (Regan in King Lear. shudder). This name makes me feel red and suffocating and claustrophobic. Maddening.
