Yeah, I googled it and it seems to be an all-recent usage, not even a surname .. it can be combinations of other names too, apparently (there was one example of Brian + Lesley). I guess there could be a sound-alike surname, but it seems more plausible that recent usage spins off of names like Riley/Rylie and Brynn, Briar, Brianna etc.- chazda (who agrees that the post appears a bit disingenuous considering the Facts Board instructions to posters)
