[Opinions] Hayden
HaydenI'm really liking this on a girl atm, its not very popular where I live and I've only ever heard it once on a boy, but to me its much more of a girls name. But I'm just not sure what people would make of it?Wdyt? When you hear it does it suit a girl or boy or both? Also any mn suggestions, I'm mostly into traditional middle names.

It suggests nothing but boy! Specifically, Welsh rugby player. So, what about Hayden Gareth? Or of course Paul, Thomas, Michael ...

I love it for a boy.

This is my boy cousin's name. I don't like it much even for a girl. I think pretty bad on a girl. Sorry.

I only like it on a boy. I wouldn't use it until the -ayden trend dies down

I think its more of a boy name to be honest, I too have also come across a boy Hayden, and it suits him.

My neighbor's 20 month old daughter is Hayden. She has made me really like it on a girl but I also think it's nice on a boy. I can picture it on both though I still think boy first and kind of hope it stays that way.

Personally, I don't care for it. I'm not big on -ayden names, and for some reason, the H makes this one even more annoying to me.If you like it, however, you should use it. It's NMS, but it's really not THAT bad.Middle name suggestions:Hayden Annabel

Assuming you live in the United States, it's very popular on both genders (#76 for boys, #126 for girls), even if it's not popular in your area.I really prefer it on a boy, like all the other -ayden names and I'm pretty sure most, if not all, of it's popularity is due to Hayden Panettiere (just hearing her name and knowing it's on a woman, even if the parents aren't fans). I can't imagine anyone will make too big a deal out of it regardless of the gender it's placed on. This one is pretty androgynous, and we seem to be living in a time where many people think it's better to give girls boy names.Hayden Elizabeth
