My taste is kind of all over the place. I dislike creatively-spelled and/or made up names and boys' names on girls. I pull a lot of names from characters that I like, in video games, books, etc. I like a lot of names in theory, but would prefer to use less common names on children as I grew up with a top 20 name for my age group and always hated it.

Hello partner! I want to play also.
My style is sort of all over the place as well, and I am very open-minded, but I don't really like surnames on either gender or genderswapping. My very favorite names tend to run german I guess. But I really like loads and loads of names, although I would also prefer not to use really common ones. I draw inspiration sporadically from things that I like - poems, music, lyrics, composers, the occasional saint, and sometimes I feel like I love a name so much that using it is "honoring" it. And family sometimes too.
