I like:
Annie
Edie
Evie
but I think only Annie and Evie can stand alone, since each is as close to their Hebrew roots (Chana & Chava) as are Anne and Eve.
By contrast, Edie doesn't capture the entire meaning of Edith.
Even so, Annie is the only one I'd give in its own right, because there have been enough precedents.

I noticed you put Kate on your list! I'm a Kate, and some people call me Kay, which I prefer.

Tess is often a full name!
I love Tess, Maisie, Zanna and Evie.
Although Maisie has the potential to not age with an individual, so is perhaps better as just a nickname.
I don't like Annie, Etta, Hattie or Romy.
