Genna, Gen, Eve, and Evie all work as nicknames for Genevieve. I think I like Evie the best as a nickname.

I'm repeating the other posts, but what I come up with would be:

Gen
Genny
Gene, if you can get over it being a man's name.
Vivi
Viva

Eve and Evie don't work for me; I wouldn't detach the V from the 'eve' sound. I hear -vieve, not -ieve.

I could see Genna. I don't particularly like it--the G just looks off, moreso than with Gen or Genny--but I can at least justify the sound.

Evie and Ginny are my favorites. Gen and Genna are alright. I've also heard people use Genny and Vivi as nns for it.
