I like Kay but prefer it spelled Kaye. It strikes me as being good but less usual middle name material. I don't care for any of the others.

I like Kayla a bit. Kaylie/Kaylee/Kayleigh has gotten so popular in my area, I'm not so fond of it anymore. At one point, there were three Kayleighs (spelled the same way and all) in my daughter's playgroup. It was enough to make my head hurt.
Of course, my daughter is Kaelyn, so I like the sound of the Kay- names. :)

I've thought for a while now that Kay was ripe for a come-back. The other names have a very "here-today-gone-tomorrow" feel to them. But Kay is timeless.

I don't really like Kay except as a nn for Katherine or Kathleen. I prefer Katie, Kit & Kitty as nns for Katherine.

I don't really like any of the Kay- names except for maybe Kay itself to be used as a middle name. Cadence is nice but I don't like Kaydence. I only like Kadie spelled Katie. Most of the spellings here are so contrived that I just don't like them. Sorry!
