I think Liza is alright. I don't think it's dated in the same way Lisa is. It feels older. But it also feels like one of those older names that now would be fresh and modern sounding.

I've never known anyone named or nicknamed Liza, though I did know an Eliza once. My mom loves Liza though.

I prefer most anything over Lisa. I really dislike Lisa. Elizabeth I prefer over Liza a lot too. I love Elizabeth and would use it on a daughter.
