Please welcome Taylor, Justin, Jackson, and Kayla
Taylor Brianna is a one year old baby from Canada. She has red hair and green eyes. Her teen age mother had tried to take care of her but recently could not longer do it. She would like to have contact with her daughter as she grows up.
Justin Landon is a two year old boy from Canada. He has auburn hair and blue eyes. He is Taylor's cousin. His mother was also a teen when she had him and recently decided she couldn't take care of her son anymore. She would also like to have contact with him.
Jackson Adam is a seven year old boy from Australia. His parents had been abusing him which is why he was put up for adoption. He does have some emotional problems. He has brown hair and brown eyes. He likes dogs, cats, and other animals.
Kayla Marie is a nine year old girl from America. She has black hair and blue eyes. Her parents recently died in a tragic plane crash and since she has no other family she was put up for adoption. She loves acting, singing, and dancing.
It would be wonderful to hear how everyone is doing

One year later
Taylor has grown into a smiling toddler with curly red hair. Already she likes to go with Edmund on his photo expeditions. She wanders off quickly if he's not keeping an eye on her! Her biological mother, Gabby, is very sweet. She tries to visit at least once a month.
Justin's birth mom, Jennifer, comes with Gabby to visit. We are all proud of him because he is about to start preschool. He is shy with strangers, although he warms to them quickly. He likes to "read" books to me when it's his bedtime.
Jackson is still wary of strangers, but he is doing better thanks to his counseling sessions. He does well in school and likes to run and be outside. We let him get a dog, which he named Shadow. Renwick, our cat, and Shadow follow Jack all around the house and yard.
Recently, we enrolled Kayla in a Triple Threat class. She loves it! She already talks about being in high school plays. She has also developed a special bond with Jack. She shows him what she learned in Triple Threat, and he'll show her a new trick he taught Shadow.
As a family, we took the kids to a couple state parks and camped in a rented RV. We are saving our bigger traveling plans until Justin and Taylor are older. I also recently found out I was expecting. Edmund, Kayla, Jack, Justin, and Taylor can't wait to have a new addition to our family!
