The Miller home is feeling really, really full these days, even though Ray has just moved out to attend community college. Jess is homeschooling Micaiah, Jonah, Desmond, Seren, Cassius, Adina, Gulliver, and Elvie, but with their youngest in “kindergarten,” and no new biological babies on the horizon, Jess and Tom have decided it’s time to adopt again. A 34-year-old mother who is already struggling to support five children has decided that the Millers can provide the perfect home for the little girl she is expecting.

In minor name news, Jaykin has decided he prefers to go by Jay, since everyone was misspelling Jayke as Jake, and Jackenzie has decided to go by Jack, since he felt Kenzie was too girly. More excitingly, Steel and Colt, who have always been extremely close, have just married two sisters, Aspyn and Karstyn Wilson. Now Aspyn and Steel, who are introverted and have always hated the attention their unusual names have brought them, are expecting a boy. Colt, who has just been commissioned as an officer in the Army, is expecting a baby girl with Karstyn.
