When I hear Victoria, I think of Queen Victoria. I picture a short, round woman dressed in black with a sour expression on her face.
When I hear Tori, I think of Tori Spelling. Therefore, I don't much care for the name. I suppose if I had to choose between those two images, I'd go with Victoria.
