How are you pronouncing Dulce? I love Dulcie ("DUL-see"), as a nn for Dulcinea. It's so cute and I love the meaning. But I'm not sure how Dulce is supposed to be said. "DOOL-say," "DOOL-thay," "DUL-see" or another way?
As for siblings, I give the thumbs up for Mara and Dulce. I love both names. Mara is gorgeous and I've already stated how I feel about Dulce / Dulcie. Subtle themes like the one you propose are great. What's not to love?
