Hannah. My mother is named Ann, so I wouldn't want my daughter to share the same name. Besides that, I think Hannah is pretty.
I wouldn't use Anna because I always thought the A sounded like the noise you make when the doctor sticks a tongue depressor down your throat.
I prefer Hannah over Hanna because it's a palindrome, and Anna/Ann.
