Sophia and Sophie are fine, I like them both. Sophia hasn't been very common in English-speaking countries for the last sixty-odd years and now it's having a massive surge of popularity, so it might well be a name associated with the 2000s/2010s in the future. That doesn't stop it being a nice name with a lot of history, though.
