Raff and Avy have been living together for over a year now. Things have been better than either one of them had initially expected. They're still very much in love. Raff is still working nights as a bartender. Avy now gives a college courses as well, besides giving her high school courses. Avy would like to have kids, but Raff said he isn't ready to be a father yet, but has assured Avy that he'd like to have kids in the future. They decided to wait another 2-3 years before starting to try for kids and got a dog instead.

Getting a dog wasn't so easy as it seemed.
Avy wanted to rescue a very small, preferably female dog from the shelter.
Raff wanted to get a Husky puppy, and definitely a male.

In the end they rescued a five-year-old female Siberian Husky from the shelter. She's beautiful with a wolf-like grey-ish coat and she has one blue eye and one brown. She had been named Maggie and Avy really liked that, so they didn't change it. Raff thinks it's a stupid name and mostly calls her "Maggot", to which she happily responds as well.
