Hi Naomi,
I'd guess the name is a spelling variant of Sirik which is a Frisian form of Old German name Siegrich/Siegerich which measns "victory" + "rich, mighty".
Frisian names are used in the northern parts of the Netherlands, in northern Germany and southern Denmark.
