[Opinions] Re: Random BA's + Blake
in reply to a message by Sabrina Fair
I don't like Blake on either sex.
I like...
Sirus James (I hope that's a misspelling of Sirius)
Kingsley Sparrow
Mephibosheth Elisha (That's the coolest biblical name I've ever heard)
Elton Francis
Lucius Auralius (wicked! Latin themed! I especially like the use of Lucius, even if I think of Malfoy. I hope Auralius is a misspelling of Aurelius)
Lilith Canaan (wow. There need to be more Liliths, even if it doesn't have the best religious connotations. I do like how it was paired up with another biblical name/place name. That's a wicked combo.)
Sheherazade (I love this name, I think it's so cool, but it looks like a weird misspelling of Scheherazade.)
Fantasia
Crimson Alexandria Eleanor (interesting use of the color trend with two very old and beautiful English names)
Liberty Ann
Benedict Joseph (awesome! That's such a rare name now I am just jubilant to see it! One would think that nobody would dare use it because of Benedict Arnold...they must be Catholic if they used it.)
Benedict James (I love this even more than Benedict Joseph)
Basil Marco
Clyde Anthony
Augustine Joshua (cool combo...Augustine is so rare that I think it deserves a bit of fresh air, like Benedict.)
Evangeline Faith (I love to see Evangeline...I can really see it on a little girl. And since it's sounds so English, I'm glad that it's becoming more popular.)
India Zelda Jane (I like India, because it sounds so Victorian...it makes me think of a black opal brooch...I like Zelda because it sounds like the punky nickname of Griselda or like a video-game heroine, and Jane because it's my beautiful, classic, middle name that was also the name of the heroine of my favorite book, Jane Eyre. So I really like this combo. It's different.)
Bonnie June (I may not like Bonnie very much, but it's fresh air, and I love June because it was the name of one of my aunts. Also, June's very old, and deserves the comeback it's starting to receive.)
Azariah
Noa Gruffudd (I like the use of Gruffudd, a more authenticly Welsh form of Griffith, as a middle name. I wonder if that kid is of Welsh descent, because only the Welsh would use that spelling.)
Kasper Eskild (I like Kasper, and that combo sounds very Scandinavian.)
Quinn
Claudia Rose (what's so wrong with Claudia? I thought that was popular. And Rose is a very common middle name!)
Izzie Ann
Olive James (talk about Victorian...I prefer Olive to Olivia, because Olivia's too trendy, while Olive's older, and even though I don't like James on a girl, it sure beats Jamie. So, I respect her parents for their choice of that name. Now that Olive is starting to make a comeback, I will say this...Long live the name Olive!)
Bronwyn Olivia
Brydie Victoria
Cariad Elizabeth
Poppy Julia
