Though I wouldn't like it on a boy, Darcy seems masculine to me, because it makes me think of Father Brian D'Arcy and Mr Darcy from Pride and Prejudice (who doesn't seem to have a first name). I don't really like this name, but out of your combos I like Darcy Marie the most.
