It's on my personal name list I love the name.
It works for a child with a nickname and can be very formal for an adult.

I know 1 Isabella and she is 19.
I know a few Isabelles, Isabels and Isobels
Isabella is not very common and I prefer this
I don't like it as a middle name I think it is too long
Noah Isabella Aimée - Noah?? for a girl. If you get rid of the Noah I love the combo
Isabella is the best spelling in my oppinion
