I think that Caledonia is a very pretty name. It'd be a lovely middle name with a shorter first name. Something like Harper Caledonia would be really nice.

I don't know that I'd use a "patriotic" name like America. The problem, you see, is that I'm more attached to my state than my country, and Wisconsin simply isn't a pretty name. If I wanted to name a child in honour of Wisconsin, I'd pick a name like LaFollette (as a middle name, of course), after dear old Fighting Bob.
