I have never known a Faith. I have known several people with the middle name and they have all been religious. I wouldn't expect the parents of a Faith to be extremely religious, but I certainly wouldn't expect them to be atheists or agnostics.
Faith is overall a nice name, IMO! It's a fairly good balance between common & uncommon.
