The kingdom was very unsurprised with the choices of Prince Alex and Princess Lissie. The Princess was always out with the animals and always loved to help the peasants, so it was no surprise that she feel in love with one. The Prince's marriage is simply a marriage of luxary and beauty, nothing more. The death of the young Prince Danny, though, continues to be a mourning loss and the peasants continue to send the King their sympathies and well-wishes for his own health.
