Julian would work nicely I think - maybe Julian Emanuel? Julian Leopold? Julian Ricardo? Julian Matteos? Julian Philip?
If you like Julian have you thought of Julia for a girl - it would fit very well I think with your other children's names. Julia Paloma perhaps? I do like Paloma - I've heard a lovely nn for Paloma is Plo (very cute).
