[Opinions] Re: Pamela

This is my youngest sister's name. I've always rather liked it. Out of the five names that my mother had to choose for her five children, I've always thought that this was the best one she came up with. Pamela is a sweet, very literary name. However, my sister is always called Pam, (when she was a child it was Pammy), and I'm not too terribly fond of that.
Some people think that Pamela is a typical dated fifties and sixties name, but I've only known one other Pamela, and she was born in 1985.
I'm not good at coming up with combos, but my sister's name is Pamela Jill. I really don't like Jill, though. But it goes well with Pamela.
