I like it, although I tend to say the first syllable more as "tie". I agree that a br- name should bome after it- Titania Brienne, Titania Bryn, Titania Brigitte. I even thought of Titania Bristol but that might be a little odd.

I think the creative and long-ish first name calls for a simple one-syllable middle name. My tongue wants to say a "b" name after it... Belle, Bree, Bess, something like that.

I want to like it, but all I see is "Tit" and all I think about is the Titanic...sorry!
I would pair it with something that starts with a Br for some reason. Titania Brielle or Titania Bridget
