Hi it's Queen Adelaide.
I decided to start a journal about our family.
Now that my step-daughter princess Alice is married and has a new little boy things calmed down a little bit for our family. Now that my husband, King William, is looking for spouses for the next two children the whole kingdom is waiting for the announcement of their engagement. Things are going pretty well but I think that Will sometimes still thinks about the late Queen Beatrix. I know he loved her a lot and I respect that. I knew her a little and I must say that she was very pretty and very nice.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure that he will do a very good job of finding a husband for Princess Yasmin all though she is a bit young yet I'm sure things will go well.
Gandalf and Caspian are doing well in school (you know, as well as 12-year-olds can) and are just as much little terrors as they always were.
Princess Cassia is just so sweet. She's five and I couldn't ask for and more from her. She's always trying to best her brothers in everything and growing into quite a little tom-boy.
Well, it's time for the royal dinner so I must go.
