I like it, but I definitely prefer
Helena.
Helena has always been one of my favorite girls' names. I'd be careful, though. I'm convinced
Helena is the next
Ava in terms popularity. In December my Portuguese professor named her daughter
Helena (though it's a common name in Brazil and she pronounces it the same as '
Elena'), and now there's a recent celebrity baby
Helena because I saw the other day that
Kelly Rutherford named her daughter
Helena. I just think it's going to catch on soon here.
That being said, I think
Helene Lynette is actually a better sounding combo that
Helena Lynette. With
Helene it doesn't seem quite as L-heavy as with the
Helena.
Helene is actually growing on me over the course of this post, lol. It's soft and feminine.
