It's okay, it sounds like an aunt-like person to me. Picturing it on a little kid is a bit difficult but I think it would be a cute name for a baby. I prefer it as a full name; I don't like Lucinda, Lucille, etc. nn Lucy. Although I do prefer Lucia to Lucy; that's what I would name the baby if it were me.
