Welcome to Round 3 of my Royal Congrats! Hope you’re all having fun so far. I think the present generation will last another round or two, and then I’ll start the next generation.

Early in her pregnancy, however, she fell ill, and took to bed for the duration of her gestation. She lay in agony, but did not cry out, for fear of scaring her other children. Only good King Frederik could see in her eyes how very much pain she was in and he wept bitterly for his wife. In the final month of her pregnancy she grew increasingly ill and finally, she died. Doctors were unsure of the status of the baby, but the perform an emergent Caesarian section soon after the queen's death to see if the child had any hope of living. The king continued to weep, hopeless that the child could possibly live. He gasped as he heard the miraculous sound . . . the sound of a healthy baby crying! He looked a little blue in the face, but that soon resolved, and the children grew stronger and stronger. The kingdom bid farewell to Queen Aurelia, but was never quite the same.
A year later the king remarried at his advisers' coercion and the kingdom and the royal family, still troubled by the death of Queen Aurelia, half-heartedly welcomed Queen Johanna. She was neither as lovely or as charismatic or as compassionate as Queen Aurelia, although no one could find any huge deficit in her. She was just so plain, but all tried their best to love her. She and the king soon welcomed a child, a girl, and the king's other children were happy to have another little sister.

It took a year for Queen Oriana to get her strength back from her pregnancy with princess Lys. During that time, King Oliver started chasing down some of the loose ends of the plot. He didn't come close to finding anybody involved that actually had any sort of access to the castle, but he was slowly gathering more information. And then, Queen Oriana found herself pregnant again, even with the doctors medicines to prevent pregnancy!
Everything flew into a tizzy. Oriana started bleeding early on in the pregnancy, and lost strength rapidly. She struggled to spend time everyday with Bastian and Lys. However, Bastian's nurse often found conflicts that prevented the Queen from being with her son.
Queen Oriana plotted with her husband, to prepare for the worst. She even picked out her replacement. Vera was chosen because she spent half her life under King Oliver's rule, was of a family that had strong political ties (although she was a younger daughter), and was of a personality that Queen Oriana thought would benefit Oliver, her children and the kingdom. This was only between husband and wife, and was unknown to anybody else within the kingdom.
While his queen wasted away, King Oliver worked upon the plot within his own kingdom. He knew that his family wasn't safe while this subterfuge remained. He crept along, piece by piece, until he finally caught his big break. He captured somebody who had contact within the castle!

And so Kalliope was looked upon with contempt. King Maximilian focused on ruling his country, and so Kalliope was often ignored. Philippa's father, King Ottokar XIV, was known for his great military might. The booming Umbresian economy, implicitly backed by the unstoppable Vallensian army, made for quite a formidable union. Both realms applauded the marriage.

King Robert has resolved to treat all of his children the same and try to avoid the jealous feuds that often occur within kingdoms when Kings remarry and have children from different wives.

Little over three years ago Alexander and Sophia maked it official, they were having another baby! Everyone was very happy, but also scared of what could happen with Sophia. A beutiful baby boy was born on a snowy day. And it was told on all news. Sadly, those wasn't the only news. Sophia was really ill, she had lost a lot of blood. Nobody knew if she would survive and the whole Kingdom were hoping for the best. The following day the whole Kingdom were in grief. Queen Sophia had died during the night.
It took a while but soon Alexander's advisors started arguing. They wanted him to remarry. Alexander loved Sophia but agreed, the best thing he could do was to remarry and he met Princess Magdalena of Italy. They soon got married and a year later they welcomed another prince to the Kingdom, little Zacharias. He is everyone's joy. Nobody have forgotten about Sophia, and the Kingdom doesn't like Magdalena as much as Sophia but they still like her.
King Alexander XII has had two son in the past five years. They join Crown Prince Albert and Prince Arthur.
