In my news paper.
Joe-Jonas Jones, triple J's YO, I can't wait 'till he is 10 or so and having to explain his name ;. Yes Joe and Jonas is one name. Lets not hope she gets pregnant with a girl...She could be Miley(Yeah I know how cute *Rolls eyes*).
And lets welcome miss Princess Ava, Yes her name is Princess and Ava is her middle name.

Being a teen doesn't excuse one from using your better judgement when naming your children. I was a teen when I had my daughter, and yes, my taste has changed slightly since then, but I'm quite proud to say I didn't jump on naming her the first trendy-cool thing that I heard, and I'm glad she will not have to be ashamed of her name as she gets older. Ava is nice though, at least she will have the option of going by that. But Joe-Jonas? Wtf? Where was the baby's dad/teens mom/friend with common sense that could have talked her out of that nonsense? Poor kid. Jonas would have been kinda cool on its own, even though it still would have sounded off with the ln Jones. But whatev, obviously that wouldn't have phased the mom. Lol

That's horrible. I am a teen myself and I would NEVER name my kids like that. Even when I was a child, I could do better than that. They may of not been the greatest names, but I can assure you it would be decent at least. It's so obvious that you are naming your kid after Joe Jonas. Can't you be more original. I don't mind the Jonas Brothers and I still wouldn't do that. Even if they named their kids something like Bob, it would be better. Atleast it would be normal!

I work in a place where people come in a register for a baby registry, and lots of them write down what the name of the baby will be...
I've seen tons of older people (and younger people alike) that are going to use names like Miley.
O didn't think about it, but I considered a name of a band for this baby if it was a boy...Zeppelin.

these names are horrible i must agree. but don't think all teem mothers are like this i know plenty of them who chose great baby names.

Joe-Jonas is TERRIBLE. She won't be a Jonas Brothers fan forever, and one day she will be embarrassed by that name.
Princess Ava is terrible, too. Ava is a simple, beautiful name, so WHY trash it up with Princess?
I'm glad I didn't have a baby when I was sixteen. I probably would have given the kid some god-awful name, too.

I can't wait until 5 years from now..
when the girl who named her kid that is embarrassed as all hell that she ever even liked such a ridiculous band let alone named her kids after one.
I mean I was OBSESSED with Zach Hanson when I was like 11 or 12. And I'm so glad I grew out of that, and sure as hell am glad I wasn't 15 and pregnant and named my kind Hanson or something...
She will likely get bored of it eventually and change it to reflect the next hero in her life.

Such a travesty...but I have to admit, since their only teens, they probably don't know any better. But yeah, I think those are horrible, trashy names, and I think people are going to look down upon these kids when they're older. Especially Princess. People will think she's a prostitute or something...I hope she ends up going by Ava.
