Daisy technically isn't a nickname. I mainly associate it with the godawful Daisy Buchanan in The Great Gatsby, so yeah, I guess it's ok on adult. Molly is also technically a full name by now. I don't like it, but it's ok to use as such.
I can't really imagine a grown up Lexie, Ollie or Susie. The others are all right on adults in informal situation, though I'd still much rather see a full name on a CV.
