[Opinions] trying to name triplets here.

Triplets.
Pregnant with triplets, really? Have you any other children whose names need to be taken into consideration?
I think that flower themed siblings sound nice in theory, but probably aren't a good idea as they seem like something better suited for a Disney film. Poppy, Viola [not Violet] and Gwen would be fine, though Gwen isn't my style.

You've got some of my favourite names there!
Poppy, Violet and Gwen is nice but Gwen might stand out a bit. Poppy, Viola and Gwen would of been fine but Viola isn't nearly as nice. Gwen isn't a full name so I would suggest if you use it giving it a full name like Gwenyth or Gwenda.
Poppy, Violet and Lily is very nice but a bit too sweet I think. It's too cute. However I do like it and would consider using it.
I'd go for Poppy, Violet and Gwenda.

Or even Penelope, Viola and Gwen if you wanted to make it less flowery lol

I personally wouldn't use more than one flower name in a set of siblings, triplets or not. Two sisters named after flowers is too cutesy, imo, but three is downright silly sounding. And even if it's two sisters with flower names plus one with a non-flower name, then that seems uneven and a bit off. So instead of one or the other, I suggest one flower name, and using non-flower (or even word) names for the other two girls.
How about....
Poppy, Viola, & Lila or Gwen
Poppy, Gwen, & Lila or Vivian
Poppy, Lillian, & Gwen
Poppy, Scarlett or Charlotte (instead of Violet) & Gwen

Poppy, Viola and Gwen are beautiful
I also agree that Poppy, Viola and Gwen is pretty!
Me too!
I agree
Poppy, Violet and Lilly Id go with
I'd stick with the flower theme here because Gwen would stand out. And since you're using the theme, you might want to consider spelling Lily the same as the flower as you plan to with Poppy and Violet. Now if you were spelling them Poppie or Vyolet, Lilly would sort of fit in. I hope that makes sense. (I'm not advocating alternative spellings btw.)
I like Lily (this spelling only) and Gwen if it's short for Gwendolyn / Gwendolen. Poppy and Violet are nms. Poppy is too whimsical for my tastes and Violet has always reminded me of the word violent.

I'd go with Lily.
I think that Gwen would stick out, but I love that name, so I'd probably go with it anyway.
