I'm not a fan of having Charlotte and Margaret in the same name; the flow is off. Charlotte Ophelia Jane is much better than Charlotte Margaret Ophelia. Short answer: I prefer your first set of combos.

I think the names work very well with your boy combos, although I'd say the Charlotte combos are better as part of the sibset than the Agnes combos. A girl with this name is (in my mind) very regal and refined. Agnes is less friendly than Charlotte.
