I love Oscar, although, as mom of a preschooler, I associate it immediately with the Sesame Street Muppet. Living in Texas, I've met quite a few Oscars; it's a popular name in the Latino community.
I like Oscar Noah, Oscar James, and Oscar Finley from your list. Oscar Alexander and Oscar Reese have too much R, especially Oscar Reese since the two Rs blur into each other. Oscar Cassius is heavy on the hard C and the S. Oscar Jack is too abrupt for me, and I don't like Jack except as a nn.
