I love Anna. It seems like the ultimate classic and feminine (yet not over-frilly) name. For some reason Ann/Anne has a different, more boring vibe to me.
Annika is probably my favorite derivative, then Annabel or Annabelle.
I would use any of those with Annie as a nickname. I'm not too keen of Annie as a full name.
