Help[Opinions] How do you pronounce Elena?
Just curious to how everyone pronounces Elena. My favorite girls name is Elaina, pronounced Eh-Layn-uh, and for years I was under the impression that Elena was said the same way. I don't want to use the wrong spelling though and forever have to correct people on the pronounciation, so I figured Elaina was a safer bet.

I pronounce it eh-LEH-nah, but 99.9% of the population will say eh-LAY-nah. I'd go with Elena. It looks simpler, cleaner, and a lot classier.
