Imogen is lovely and need not be spelt any other way.

I like it a lot. It is quite popular here in Australia :-) I don't think you will have many pronunciations problems- it is quite straight forward and even if it was mispronounced, you usually only have to correct someone once. The only spelling I like is Imogen and I can tolerate Imogene but the e has always seemed superfluous to me

I love Imogen, and the correct spelling is the only way to go. Definitely avoid Emogen--it looks like it's short for "emo generation."

I like Imogen -- the only other variant that I admire is Imogene.

I really like Imogen, and would stick to that spelling. I don't see it being mispronounced.

Imogen is a nice name, but I like Imogene better.
The way I say them, Imogen and Emogen sound different.
