Unique. Twins are no different than any other children you would have, there's no need to get "cute" when naming them.
Actually, there is no need to get "cute" when naming any on your kids. Twins or not, siblings names should not rhyme, fit into a noticeable theme, or be feminine/masculine forms of the same name.
