I really love Katherine, though spelled Catherine. We are considering using this for one of our twins, due this August. She would be known as Kitty, as we aren't really fond of any of the other nicknames. I am partial to Cathy, though. :D

I like Agnes Catherine and Agnes Catherine Ophelia, though they are fine with the 'K' as well. I just find the 'K' to be a bit harsh. Overall, nice combos!
